Tell us about yourself!

It was an honor to attend the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis in 2010. Since graduating cosmetology school 14 years ago, I have worked in salons and attended numerous advanced education courses in haircoloring and haircutting. My passion is to curate an entire look from start to finish that includes a sophisticated color and a stylish haircut suited for your skin tone, face shape and lifestyle. Using your unique sense of taste is what i find most exciting about planning looks. I find haircolor inspiration from gemstones, animal patterns, flowers and natural habitat. Haircutting makes such a difference in your overall appearance based on where it sits on your face, neck and body. Geometric shapes and architecure play a role in the design. We all know how a new look can transform how you feel and give you a confidence boost. Outside of the salon I am a cat momma, exercise enthusiast, cooking, and always reading! I am thrilled to meet you and elevate your style!

Why do you love what you do?: I get to meet new people everyday and work in a creative environment.

How do you express yourself? : Through my sense of taste. My interests and passions.

How do you get out of a creative rut?: I like to workout and dance.

Where do you go in the Twin Cities to be inspired?: Outside to look at the beauty of Minneapolis.

Most noteworthy era?: I love the 1920s

What do you do for self-care?: Eat clean and set boundaries.

Piece of advice for those struggling with self-confidence?: You are your own worst critic.
