“I am here EXCLUSIVELY for Rei. Rei is an incredible person, stylist, and colorist. Even though they only do a single color on me, no matter where they work and what materials they have to work with, my hair comes out absolutely incredible! Otherwise, as a first-time visitor to Gem, I am pleased. The open-space concept is nice, the airflow for any COVID concerns was exceptional, and the hair washing station is the most comfortable I’ve ever been in. At salons all the rest of my life, my tall body barely fits in those chairs. Happy to be at Gem while Rei is around!”
