“I was visiting from out of town and needed a color appointment. A friend suggested Gem and I booked an appointment with Ciara. From the minute I sat down, it felt like Ciara had been coloring my hair for years. She made some suggestions on adjusting the tone of my highlights and then worked her magic. I could not be happier with my color and am amazed that she intuitively understood my hair and what I wanted without seeing me before. I also felt very well taken care of and she gave me a lot of good, and new, information about how to care for my hair. I had such a good experience with her that I made an appointment for my sister to get a haircut the following week and can say her cuts are equally as good. Again, the care and attention she gave were fantastic. Even though I live out of town, I am planning a return visit for a cut and color, the next time I am here. Thank you Ciara and thank you Gem!”
