Hello, I am Molly Black, the founder of Gem. With more than 20 years of salon experience, it has been quite a journey but I am very proud to share Gem with you. I love doing hair and coaching my team to be the best they can. It has taken practice to learn how to lead in a way that feels true to me and empowering for others. Everyday is a new journey and I am a person who enjoys the thrill of that.
